Last week a plumber was here for a repair and apparently was unaware that he had leaked some water on my bathroom floor. I discovered it a few days later, after it had rusted a sliding closet door footer and the porcelain tile adjacent to it. I tried to scrub it up using cleaners I had on hand, but nothing worked. The rust seemed to have sealed itself to the tile. So I bought CLR and sprayed a small area to test it.Within seconds, literally, the rust wiped up off the tile with no effort. Like it was never there. The metal footer took longer. I had to let the spray sit on it for a few minutes, but the rust began to clean right off that as well. The area looks brand new again.Important note - if you get overspray on any wood surfaces, be sure to clean it off immediately. It will mar the wood.

Roomate complained nothing would clean the white stains on a brown painted shower for months. Used this, let it soak and the calcium stains wiped right off. Very easy to use and the smell didn’t bother me. Highly recommend.

Works well on hard water

I got this cleaner because I was dealing with hard water stains in my bathroom, and it worked really well. The spray bottle makes it easy to apply, and I noticed results almost immediately. It dissolved the calcium and lime buildup around my sink and shower with minimal scrubbing, which saved me a lot of effort. Plus, it works on rust stains too, which is a big bonus.One thing I really like is how powerful it is. I’ve tried other cleaners that barely made a difference, but this one cut through the tough buildup quickly. I used it on my faucets, showerhead, and even an old tea kettle with hard water stains, and everything looked much cleaner afterward. It’s nice to have a product that actually does what it claims.However, there are a couple of small downsides. First, the smell is pretty strong. It’s not unbearable, but I definitely had to open a window while using it. If you’re sensitive to strong cleaning smells, you might want to wear a mask or use it in a well-ventilated area.Another issue is that for really tough stains, you still need to do some scrubbing. While it loosens up buildup, it doesn’t always wipe away instantly, especially on older stains. I had to go over some spots more than once. Still, for a cleaner that tackles calcium, lime, and rust all in one, this is a great product to have on hand.

And moved into an older house that had brown rings in the toilet. this took care of the brown rings completely after two cleanings.Highly recommend
