Great steamer

Steam cleaner. It is what it says it is.
Plastic is a little flimsy on the spout. Use is easy and is easily assembled.

Not very good quality
Very cheap plastic when and when opened box was broken. Will not buy again...not happy.

The poles to make it into a steam mop are missing
I have knocked off a couple of stars because I am missing the poles to turn it into a floor steamer. It is far far better than it's predecessor though, 9 or 10 years ago. I just hope that it doesn't break down like that one did. Not happy as I expected it all to be in the package.

Its growing on me
I wanted this mainly to clean, or remove dust, from awkward stuff that I have in the house like glass chandlers, venation blinds, vertical blinds and tracks etc and it does the job.I have used it to clean the bathroom and I like it especially around the toilet, plug holes and waste. I have used it to clean the inside door and rubber seal of the washer and on the oven. I've even used it on clothes that ave been ironed but become creased in the wardrobe.I find it works better when it is left a bit longer after the green lights comes on, rather than straight away.,I can't say I was initially thrilled to bits with it but I liked it enough to not return it. I am finding the more I use it the more I am liking it.I have used the mop once on a wooden and tiled floors, it was OK, not brilliant. I am not sure I will use the mp bit much.Overall I am happy with it as it does the jobs that I wanted it for.Most of the stuff in our house is new so I am not sure how it would work on old grime.
