Works exactly as described and incredibly easy to link to your Nest Thermostat. I have two 3rd generation Nest Thermostats in the hallway. I connected (by software) a remote sensor to each Thermostat and leave the sensor in a different location. That way I can have the temperature controlled from a different source. You can switch the temp to monitor directly on the app. Price was reasonable. Can't say much about durability yet. Has worked flawlessly since install several weeks ago.

Love this thing. You do need a 5th wire (C wire) and my home does not have this. We used the fan wire. Works like a charm now.Had to purchase the plate in order for it to look great.

Very easy to set up. Inconspicuous and you can either attach it to a wall or set it on a desk. Seems very accurate and allows me to check the temperature in multiple rooms now. A tip I learned is that you can set your google home to cool to the average of all the sensors or switch it to cool until a specific sensor reaches the temp you want. This allows me to specifically cool my bedroom to just how I like it during the summer.
