A worthy upgrade for the Audeze Maxwell.
These leather ear pads really do up the premium feel for the Maxwell. The ear pads that are included with the Maxwell are very nice, don't get me wrong. However, it is hard to beat real leather. My ears do not sweat as much with these leather pads compared to the stock pads and these are also very soft. I did not notice much of a change (if any at all) to the sound signature after installing these new pads, but your mileage may vary on that.

Truly Amazing (Lambskin)
These (lambskin elite) pads are so much better than the stock pads...they also try to retain the audio signature of the original pads. They give you a frequency response chart on their website so you can EQ and fine tune it to its original sound signature (which doesn't take very long in the software for the headset)

Gives a little body to the Maxwell
They aren’t much thicker than the stock pads, but they are more comfortable and seem to add a little body to the low end. Definitely muuuuch better than the wc freeze pads, and they actually seal.

So comfortable
I ended up returning these along with the headset because the Maxwell doesn’t have enough bass for me. These pads almost sold me though. I would 100% recommend these pads if you’re rocking the Maxwell. I will be looking at this brand for my other headsets.

Better than OEM
The eapads feel so much better than originals. I can't say they keep my eyes cooler but the better fit and material quality are absolutely noticeable.

I picked up both the velour and sheepskin sets and the sheepskin are more my jam. While the velour are more breathable and super comfortable, less warm and sweaty, these do what the FR graphs Dekoni provided indicated. It does shift the tonality a bit over stock, bit more bass, I'd say that the sound quality is largely preserved, not adversely impacted. Just a little more depth in the lower ranges. The pads themselves are also still super comfortable, I think I prefer them over stock.Same as with the velour, I think a lot of people would prefer more padding if ears touching the driver area is a problem, I don't think they add depth over the stock pads in a meaningful way. Quality on these is great, I think they'll hold super well based on my experience thus far. I'd say velour if you need breathable for longer sessions, these are great for chilling. Either way though quality is fantastic.

Love!
I absolustely love these. I just love the way the real leather feels over the fake leather options. So far I have the original pads, some thicker cooling pads, the Dekoni Velour pads. These are still my favorite out of all of them. They aren't as thick as the cooling gel pads but the memory foam is just stiff enough for comfort while not being to stiff. They make these headphones look and feel more premium than any other pads.On another note, in my experience, the Dekoni leather pads don't break down over time like I have experienced with fake leather pads. I have dekoni leather pads on multiple pairs of headphones and absolutely love them and will keep buying them whenever possible.Definitely a great buy and highly recommended! They are expensive, but worth it considering the premium feel and comfort these bring.

Fantastic
I'll be honest, my expectations were low since I had never tried replacement earpads before, but these really are incredibly conformable! Make sure you follow the instructions, basically, Maxwell Audeze earpads twist onto the earcup and lock in, so the installation takes about five seconds once you know what you are doing.
