I like the sugar free flavors better than the ones that have sugar. Lemon 🍋 & peach 🍑 are my 2 favorite flavors. Makes it easy to stay hydrated.

I’ve started using this to give me more strength for my workouts ahead of time, not just to rehydrate after. Tastes great and easy to mix without lumps or graininess.

Liquid IV is an awesome product that is hard to find in grocery stores. If you do find it, it comes in small packages of 8. It’s a great value on Amazon.

Love the flavors of the liquid IV drink mixes and love even more when I can find them at these reasonable prices in multi variety packs. Had no issues with shipping and have been happy to have these hydration powders for quick energy restoration while breastfeeding. Would definitely recommend these as a more cost efficient hydration solution than other bottled drinks much higher in sugar.

Liquid IV really helps with hydration but after buying these on Amazon I found them at the grocery store for less than half what I paid for these.

I ordered 58 pieces of Liquid IV. On August 17th the package was delivered and I only received 26 pieces. Less than 1/2 of what was ordered. I paid $58.00 for this. I'm totally disappointed.I placed the same order to ship to my Mom and she received gers on August 19th. She also received 26 pieces. Not the 58 pieces that I ordered and paid for. Again, I'm highly irritated.
