I really just got this bc I thought it was going to use the poles to hang some string lights over. Thick plastic and seems pretty durable.

Very versatile unit we use it for both practicing soccer and football. It is made extremely cheap though. The cones are Very thin plastic and bend Easily. You have to be.Careful how you store them?Because they will come out bent and will not go back to original shape

Great set for training soccer or even just agility training. My kids use it in the backyard for their footwork.

Got this to help the kids prep for upcoming soccer season. After they got done slinging the exercise bands at each other we got everything set up.The jump rope was actually way better than I expected. Has a wrapped steel cable and bearings in the handle and moves really easy.Cones are ok, feel a bit cheap.Will have to get back about the speed poles, they did good for now but seem a bit thin, not sure if they can take getting hit by kids too often.The ladder was decent quality, the plastic rings are actually solid pieces of plastic. Will have to see how it does getting ran over repeatedly but looks good.The bag in this is fairly important as theres a lot of parts since the poles are so multiple parts each. The bag is going to fall apart. It’s pretty thin and the poles and spikes bouncing around for a bit will wear it out pretty easy. but the handles are what I’m really worried about as they are single stitched in and while they do go all the way around the bottom of the bag for support the top edges are only held by 4 loose stitches - as soon as I took it out of the box I could see the bag starting to tear at those 4 points. For $50+ I’d like to see a better bag for something with so many parts.

This is a great agility set for soccer. The ladder is nice and long and sturdy, the jump rope is also nice. I like that the training polls are just a spike, because I have had ones that you had to fill the bottoms with water and it was a lot to carry around. Everything in this set fits right in the convenient and small carry bag. Very happy with it.
