I recently recovered some dining room chairs that were stained, and decided to spray them with this product to help keep them clean. I wet them pretty well and then let them dry a couple days. It certainly does help when liquids are spilled on them.

This is a great product for coats, shoes and furniture. I love it.

Spray bottle that has a fine mist spray but spray also spits out some large droplets. Areas that were wet with spray dried a milky white. I used the product on a new microfiber loveseat and two recliners.

Does everything discontinued products did at a lower price point. Vanishes from protected fabric in minutes & doesn’t stain synthetics. Only tried it on new lawn seating so far, not on natural surfaces like cotton yet.

It's easy to install yourself, I recommend to put two layera. You'll need just a little patience to let it dry between layers but works juat fine as a liquid barreer.

Bought a new couch and purchased this fabric protector.First of all the sprayer is HORRIBLE. It’s just shoots out like a jet. Thankfully, I had another misting bottle which I was able to put the product in and misted the couch, overlapping the spray as the instructions stated.First of all, it broke my misting bottle after the first coat (which I take full responsibility for as I chose to move the product to another bottle) but worse than that it didn’t work at all. Waited until the following day, and this product did nothing to protect the fabric from the water. I put on it to test it out.I don’t know why the stuff has such good reviews. I returned it and I’m going with Scotchgard.

It was very easy to use. I wore a mask while spraying, but no lingering odor.

Added fabric guard to my new couch and waited 24 hours after following instructions. Test with water and thinking that the water will bead off the fabric but instead it soaked into the couch.
