great muscle rub!

I use quite a bit of different muscle rub ointments after a workout on my shoulders, and this provides good heat on muscles. Look for ointment that has 10% Menthol and 15%Methyl salicylate if you like it to be warm or heated a bit. ( some rubs are a lot less than that and not much heat on those). I dont use much, only a thin coat and it is warm. Dont put too much, thin coat one layer is all I rub on and it does the trick. This also is 3 oz tubes where most are 1 oz tubes, so you get a lot with the 3 pack of 3 oz tubes ( 9 oz total).

This seems to relieve pain as well as any of the name creams. I go through a lot of it so 3 boxes at a better price works for me. And unlike some other brands, this stays moist and creamy for quite a while so your hand or massage instrument can continue to glide smoothly over the muscle.6.8.18 Update.I just put in my 4th order for 3. It works better than any other cream, liquid or patch. I keep some by the bed, and in a little jar in my purse. Putting one of those toothpaste wind-up keys on the tube makes it easier to use with less waste.8.5.19 Update: By now, I've tried everything else: brand name rubs, Chinese ointment, little bottles of "special pain liquid," CBD salve, CBD under the tongue drops, horse linament, everything but camel spit--this is still the best!.6.26.21 Update: The last time I needed to order this, they were out. So I ordered 4 other different potions, all "extra-strength." None of them worked. Thank God this is back on the shelves.3.10.24 Can't live without this. I have tubes of it everywhere, so there is always some beside me.

I like the strength. It seems to begin working immediately for me. The odor is a little strong like a liniment smell, however, I find it to be pleasant to me. The odor fades after a while.I find it is reasonably priced.If you have muscle aches or tension knots, I highly recommend this.
