Mantona tripod bag (60 cm), black

I usually do not write reviews, but this time I wanted to contribute for this product to be noticed! The cover is well made with thick padding and outer fabric. The handle is nicely designed and comfortable to hold on. Overall it is a quality product. My tripod is a bit smaller, but it ok for me. I can utilise this space when out and about.

Just to add my pennyworth, internal dimensions of the 63cm model are 63cm length, top and bottom diameters 9.5cm. The external dimensions are 1 - 2cm larger. However, the top internal dimension can be misleading, as the zipped flap affords more room than at first seems, certainly enough to accommodate a compact camera left attached to the tripod.I bought this bag for a Manfrotto compact light tripod with built-in universal-joint head, mounted with detachable compact camera. With the addition of a Manfrotto 323/QR assembly fitted to the tripod, I can leave the camera attached to the tripod when it's all put away in the bag and then slung over my shoulder, and the 323 assembly affords very quick detachment of the camera if required. I've found this bag just about optimum, therefore, as far as convenience and light weight goes. The bag itself, together with detachable shoulder strap, weighs around 270g. Manufacturing quality seems good. Padding could be more robust perhaps, and the external pocket's only usable for, say, some notes, a spare battery or one or two memory cards, but hey I'm being picky. There's even a central 'handle', for hand-carrying, if you decide not to use the strap. A pro-grade DSLR camera on the tripod head would, I'd suggest, not be advisable, primarily because it could be a tight squeeze to zip up the flap. But there again I don't think this particular bag was ever meant for a DSLR. Personally, I'm delighted with the product.

This is a high quality product and I am very happy with it. It comes with 2 zipped pockets and it also comes with a padded adjustable shoulder strap. I would definitely recommend.

I took a bit of a risk buying this bag as I didn't know if my old Stitz Puma IV/S HL-41 tripod would fit. It is 35cm around the top and 46cm long. The legs go in easily but it is just fractionally tight for the top. Not enough to worry but I wouldn't want a smaller bag. The bag will take a 54cm tall tripod comfortably and possibly a 56cm one.It looks to be strongly made as should serve well.I've only given it 4 stars because the only place to store the carry strap is in the bag with the tripod and if your tripod is large, like mine, then it is difficult to fit in there. It would be better if the accessory pocket were large enough to take the strap. As you gather I don't always want the strap attached. Also I am not to sure how anti-slip the shoulder pad will prove to be in practice but this is easily changed.

When I ordered this I thought 3 - 5 weeks was a typo but on the checkout it was right, No problem I could wait and I was glad I did.It arrived in about 3 weeks very well packaged. It is beautiful quality, very comfortable and well worth the wait.I can highly recommend this high quality item but make sure you measure your tripod before you buy as i think they only do one size.It's OK if your tripod is smaller than the bag as you can extend the legs a bit to fit.

Brought this for my new Mantona MKC3-H01 tripod, as it didn’t come with a bag.The bag is of very good quality, with plenty of padding. It is slightly longer than the tripod, but this leaves plenty of room for small items. It was supplied with an easy to assemble shoulder strap, and a small zipped storage pouch for a small torch. If I was to look for a criticism, then maybe the pouch could have been larger, but that is all. The bag is tough and resilient, and comfortable to wear, so have been very pleased with it.

Came in a box, way too big, but that aside, it is a lovely bag. My tripod fitted in with no problems. It has a good sturdy feel and I also like the carry handle as well as a shoulder strap option. Very pleased with this purchase.

Had a hard time fitting the head of my tripod into this bag, but that is my bad. Otherwise, this is a really practical bag, with pockets, handle etc. Looks great too.
