Herbion NaturalsOrganic Castor Oil (3.3 oz) USDA Certified

This appears to be a good quality castor oil. It is organic, cold pressed, hexane free, chemical free, 100% natural with no dyes or parabens. It's non-gmo, vegan and not tested on animals. These are the charasterics that I would want in a product like this.This is my first time using castor oil and I'm very impressed at all the things that it's supposed to be good for. I would love to use it as a facial moisturizer and to moisturize my hair but I'm afraid of breakouts and oily hair so I decided to start gradually to make sure that my body likes this product, so the first thing that I'm addressing is my crepey skin. I've tried lots of lotions which seem to help a little while the lotion is on my body but the effects go away once they're washed off and am testing to see if the castor oil will do better. So far, so good, but it's only been a few days and in the meantime I'm trying to learn how to deal with the oily properties so I don't get it all over my clothes and other items.

The item is received with a broken glass dropper in the box. Almost cut myself when opening as the glass chips fell out.

This castor oil ticks all the boxes in what you should be looking for in a castor oil - Organic, Hexane free, cold pressed, and arrives in an amber glass bottle. I love the glass dropper, although it works best to use some of the castor oil before you insert the dropper because the bottle is very full and can overflow (yes, I did this.... oops). I actually prefer this castor oil to others I have used because the consistency seems to smooth onto my skin a little better. Castor Oil is sticky by nature, but having it go on easier is a nice plus. I will order this oil again.
