You can get a good workout with these bands
You can get a good workout with these bands. I bought them to take on trips, but I've been using them at home also. I like to do rowing type exercises with these because you can do them with your back erect. If you do rows with a bar or dumbbell, you have to bend at the waist which puts a lot of stress on the lower back. Everything in this kit seems to be well made and I would recommend it.

Deserves more good reviews
I bought this despite the limited number of reviews on both Amazon sites. At the same time, I also bought a similar set of resistance bands from a better-known company with a lot more reviews (and more expensive). I actually thought this one was better constructed, seemed more sturdy, and looked like all the pieces were well made. One big caveat is that I have not got a chance to use it as it's going to be a gift to my brother, so I can't comment on the durability or customer services. But if you are concerned because of the low number of reviews, don't. Give this a try.

Excellent workout.
Excellent product, used for 8 weeks now. Low impact and even fun to use, plus it takes up no space. Some scuffing on the black band. Use gloves to avoid blisters.

Very Happy with This
Very Happy with this purchase.Bought it because of the price and the range of cables provided.Used it to replace my old bands that had gotten old and burst.They work well and provide amble resistance.
