Moved kids to a new room in the house. The way the furniture made sense there were no visible outlets for a traditional night light. Got these and put on on the light switch and it lights the floor up nicely without putting too much light up higher where it would shine in eyes while they are in bed. $20 something is high for a nightlight but was the only option in this room. I have an original outlet light from Snap Power too. It is great to know that a young kid can't pull out the outlet or play with it or the prongs in anyway. I have a new rule in the house that we only but Snap Power lights or battery backup lights. No more cheap crap from the store. Now if Snap Power could come up with a small battery for these things so they could come on during a power outage? Would buy 1 or 2 for every room in the house!

These are awesome, and the added feature to brighten, lower or turn off are a plus - took off a star only b/c these come in only 1 size - these are a bit too small for my outlets.

I first got Snap Power outlet covers and loved them. Lights come on when it gets dark. Perfect! So got these for light switches, but they’re different. These have a switch that enables you to either turn it off or choose between two different lighting levels, which should be great. This should make them even better! Except the bright level is not as bright as the single light on the outlet covers. Strange!Update: the light seems brighter now and is fine. But there’s another problem. I find the night light won’t come on unless the light switch is turned off. So it’s not activated by darkness apparently. The light where I have located this has a fan as well as a light fixture which can be turned off at the fan. However unless it is turned off at the switch the night light will not come on, so if I wanted to run the fan at night, I can’t have the night light on as well. It’s an either/or situation.

These were fairly easy to install. You just have to turn off the electricity of course. Easy to turn on and off and it's great not having to actually plug in a light.I suggest these for anyone that needs a little extra light and want something sleek and built in looking!

Wish they were made for double pole switches - i have them on every single pole switch in my house! Great idea for guest bedrooms/bathrooms

I have a new house with a very long hall, this was exactly what I was locking for.

Unlike the outlets, the light switches were more temperamental. Each one installed could not be tightened all the way out it would not work. Once I found the sweet spot, the light was great.

These are perfect for night light in the bathroom, now I don't have to turn on light in middle of the night, and if you don't want to have it on there is a switch at bottom to turn it off. They are just perfect

Not as advertised, connections are very finicky and lights do not come on at dusk, needed to adjust numerous times to get working... DEFINITELY not worth the money, VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!

Tough to imstall!
