It's my first time using collagen , I put it in my hot drink morning & night, it doesn't mix well with cold drinks. I've not noticed any difference yet, but I'm still on my first tub.

I shove a scoop or two of this into a protein smoothie every morning, as the collagen in it is an easy way to boost protein intake without bothering too much about taste. It blends in well and tastes of nothing, which is ideal as far as I am concerned.The tub lasted me just over a month, which is decent enough value considering that the 10g recommended serving size is 9.9g protein according to the label.

Has a very unpleasant ammonia type smell, akin to foxes visiting the garden.I couldn't accept the odour, it was far too unpleasant, it's gone in the bin.

Easy supplement to take. I first tried it mixed in to my morning brew but although subtle, I did notice a difference in taste. Much prefer to dissolve in water.A good supplement to take for a number of things but I’m taking for my brittle nails and hair. The description says the collagen is from New Zealand cows and the packaging has a union flag that implies that it’s a British product alongside a Made in EU logo that suggests that it isn’t.After a few weeks I have consumed almost the whole tub. At this point I have noticed zero positive or negative effects from taking the supplement.This is my first time trying a collagen supplement so I don’t know how this compares to other brands of the same thing. My interest in collagen is the suggestion that it can help with building connective tissues in joints. Having suffered various tendon issues I hoped it might help.I can’t say for certain that it’s not doing me any good but if it is the effects are subtle and/or slow to reveal themselves. Perhaps I need to take it for longer but at £20 a tub I’d like at least some evidence of efficacy.The tub that this powder comes in is bigger than I was expecting, and bigger than necessary since it’s half empty.I was surprised to read in other reviews that the powder mixes easily because it really doesn’t unless you’re making a hot drink. In cold water straight from the tap it clumps together and sticks to a spoon if you stir it. Room temperature is slightly better but it still doesn’t dissolve fully.The taste is unpleasant but very slight so is easily ignored. I would probably prefer a flavoured version.
