FEDOUR 80GPH Aquarium Air Pump, Ultra Quiet Oxygen Pump for up to 120Gallon Fish and Turtle Tank, Powerful Fish Air Bubbler

Can’t even tell it is running. Had replaced an old noisy one for this. It woks wonderfully. So happy i went with this one.

For years we had been using a couple of powerheads to pull air into our 45 gallon fish tank. Up until recently they worked great. The vaccum effect from the water flow brought air into the tank through tubes. However, something must have clogged the water flow, causing it to back up through the air tubing, resulting in a massive fish-water mess to clean up.Never again! Those powerheads are now air-tube free. Thankfully, we now have a dedicated air pump that does a great job. It was easy to install and the pump is relatively quiet. You can hear the pump and I'm not sure where the manufacturer's stated 35db was measured from, though it doesn't add too much to the din of the other tank equipment. Overall, at $18.97 at time of review, this air pump is a good value.A couple of quick tips:****You'll want to install the included check-valves (they prevent backflow) above the waterline, but not much lower than the tank rim, or near the pump (assuming it's much lower than the rim, too). This prevents water pressure from building up in the line causing the check-valve to fail. This is probably a rarity, but take it from someone who had water reverse flow in their airlines before- better safe than sorry!****You will also want to soak the air stones in water prior to use. Some say overnight, other say 10 minutes. Either way you want to sit in water for a bit to open up the "pores" a little prior to use.***The last thing is placement. Do not place the air stones underneath your filter's intake. The bubbles will interrupt the flow of water through the filter. Also, I'd keep the stones located under the tank lid- even if they're at the bottom of the tank. Our tank lid has an opening at the back, and the constant stream of air bubbles popping at the surface will cause an amazing amount of water to accumulate on anything nearby.

Great air pump! Very adjustable and best of all, it’s actually quiet!!!!!Includes valves, adjustable air valves, tubing, and the pump itself.Love the fact that the dual tips allows both bubblers to be run, and there is a larger adjustment knob on the air pump itself.Item was well packaged too, and shipped quickly.Overall, easy 5 star! Will definitely buy another for smaller tanks as it’s powerful enough to run two tanks with one air pump with the dual outputs.

Air pump works well. It is quiet and came with a lot of accessories some other pumps dont come with (tubing, flow valve, tube adapters). 2 outputs are a plus, and if you dont need 2 you can hook 2 sections of tubing together to create just 1 output. Adjustment on the pump body works and further adjustment is available if you install on of the provided flow valves.Minus 1 star from me because the 1 way valve provided to prevent backflow was stuck. When I installed this pump to power my in tank cleaner it didnt work. At first I thought the pump wasnt working but later figured out the one way valve was stuck not allowing any flow at all. Luckily I had a replacement at home but I would have been more upset if I didnt.

This is my third air pump and it is certainly quieter than one that I ordered before that is as loud as a 'bay'. I use this with my Iruzio 2-in1 cleaner and it really has been a delight. I have three tanks and this air pump has been one of my favorite. I am disapointed that it didn't come with a T-connector but the air line hoses are good quality. Basically this is a sturdy little air pump that isn't going to annoy me in my kitchen.

I got this pump over others because it included everything I would need to set it up. The one way valves let me mouut it below the aquarium without worrying that a power outage would cause a back flow of water in the line drain the tank and flood my house. I tested the one way valves by unplugging the air pump and watching to see if water back flowed into the air line. The one way valves worked and prevented any issues. The pump does make a humming noise but once I closed the cabinet doors under my tank I don't hear a thing. Great air pump kit.

I’ve had it on for the last week. It does what it needs to do. I’m very happy with this product.

This is the quickest air pump I have found to date and it is very powerful. Love it.... Highly recommend!!!
