According to the manufacturer the cpu should be operating at 70c but my box was showing 86c and climbing because there is no ventilation in this box there are some holes in the bottom but hot air rises and so this doesn't even passively cool. The fact it overheats after approximately 40 minutes of use is clearly manufacturing oversight and they have no quality control. The only way to get it to cool was to drill 3000 holes in the case open up the bottom vents more with a utility knife and attach a cpu fan to the bottom with air blowing in so as to get it down to 56c well within proper operating temperature. It's a shame everything is so poorly designed anymore and you have to finish the job for them. If you're not handy enough to do all of this you are on your own with a device that has everything you want but is designed to fail before you really have a chance to get started. I noticed the vast majority of these boxes have the same problem. YouTube has a bunch of great videos on modifying them so they work like they should. Shame on these pitiful manufacturers who are just out to make a quick buck. After leaving this review I was contacted by the them and they gave me $4 per box back for all of my troubles and said they are working on the issues. They are putting bigger heat sinks on them.

I looked at numerous tv boxes before I settling on this one. Great product. I had no issues setting it up, and also downloading my favorite apk's. Works a lot better than my fire stick, and my fire tv. Memory is the main reason. This box has android 7.1.2. 4 Gb ram and 32 Gb of rom. This makes the box super fast. I also loaded droid admin and was able to get the video drivers that I use the most. Exellant value for the money. Will buy another one in the near future. Again a great product.

There is something wrong with this Tv Box. If i want install any app, it's freeze, and after that took so long. It's not possible it has 2 gb DDR of ram memory. If i want delete an app, freeze again It's very slow. My Fire stick is faster thant this box.The HDMI cable is bad too. My got black screen constantly. After I changed the cable the image showed up and stayed.I will return it.

This box is pretty fast and that operation system is great..the problem I have with this box is that it was built with poor quality material.. It's not as sturdy as the mx9 pro but the operation system is the same..a little more effort with the exterior structure of this box and perhaps a clock I would have considered giving this a 5 star.

The box it’self seemed to work reasonably well but the remote is a piece of junk. I’ve had three now and they all fail after two or three months of use. I’m tired of buying new ones every few months. I guess I’ll look for something made in the USA. This overseas junk is really frustrating. I’m not sure the manufacturer has a clue for product reliability or customer service. I’ve had to buy slightly different models each time because the one I had was no longer available. As I’m writing this the one I have now is no longer available. If there was a replacement controller maybe that would be a solution but I can’t even find a replacement. Amazon really wasn’t any help in resolving the problem other than to facilitate getting a new box. I would not recommend buying any of the boxes that even look like this one. From my experience they all seem to use the same type of junk in the product.

I used it for about two weeks, and it was OK except for the part it had terrible internet conection. I have a 30Mbps service, but after running a Speedtest on this box, it ran at 3Mbps over Wifi and 15 over Ethernet. There is no way to stream 1080p videos without botherBut the worst part is that arter two weeks it just never turned on again anymore, got stuck with a blue light.There is no support, manual or even a manufacterer name on it. Spent days on forums looking for something and the only thing I found is that I was dumb enough to buy something that looks like the real thing but has one letter changed in the name.

The Android 7.1 TV Box 4GB RAM 32GB ROM from RBSCH is an excellent Android box, more then enough power, very fast. This box came ready to go right out of the box. Very little setup. Connected to my router, add a few apps and it was movie time. I have another android box from a different vendor and it is always overheating and shutting down (going to return and buy a RBSCH one), but not this one from RBSCH. We've been watching movies including 4K every night since it arrived. Great box, great price and great company. update:The box completely froze and now it wont even power up. The blue power light comes on but that is it.i tried to contact the seller with no response . DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.......Unless I hear back I will contact Amazon directly.Very Dissatisfied.
