What makes the Phantom Volumizing Glossy Balm unique?

It’s a 3-in-1 hybrid that hydrates, shines, and adds pigment while nourishing lips with a Conditioning Complex for a glossy, volumizing effect.

Does the Phantom Volumizing Glossy Balm pen retract after twisting?

No, it is a twist-up pen that does not retract, so twist only what you need to avoid waste.

Does the Phantom Volumizing Glossy Balm plump lips?

Yes, it has a subtle cooling agent that gently tingles for a mild plumping effect without irritation.

Is the Phantom Volumizing Glossy Balm highly pigmented?

Yes, it offers buildable, noticeable pigment with more color payoff than a tinted balm or gloss but is softer than a traditional lipstick.

How long does the Phantom Volumizing Glossy Balm wear?

Expect 4 to 6 hours of wear. The shine fades but often leaves a soft, beautiful stain.
