I contacted the Company for missing Canvas plug for the holes , I told item V 8 pieces they sent me two bags of screws that are not needed..Now I can’t get a hold of them. This Kennel was a lot of work!

What I like about the kennel is the idea was great would be perfect if it was another foot taller I also like the coatingDislikes were sturdiness and needing some support for the middle of the roofI'm pleased to say that the company reached out to me and resolved my issues with the kennel now I'm very happy with my purchase

Here are some tips to putting this together.1. You need at least 3-4 people to put it together quicker. One person reading and comparing pictures to products.2. Before assembling the frame together skip to the page where it has you put the brackets on each frame piece. Will make it much easier then constantly bending over to place the bazillion bolts, washers, nuts on them. Only brackets that you wait on is the ones for the panels.3. Instead of using the tools sent with it use a hand drill with a bit and a #10 mm open/close wrench. (This will be faster and using 2 people will tighten things quickly)It went pretty quickly with 4 people. Some instructions can be a little confusing but use the pictures to compare to make sure your getting it put together right.If your using for large dogs I suggest getting longer stakes and more clips to secure the middle part of the panels.

For the money spent on this outdoor kennel I am not impressed. It's doing its job now but it’s not very sturdy, seems like one good wind could cause the whole thing to collapse on itself. The set up was not easy it took multiple days & multiple people. Lots of mistakes in setting up too because instructions were not super clear on assembly of some parts.in the longrun I wouldn't buy this again, id rather spend A couple more hundred dollars for one at a store.

First, a German shepherd CANNOT comfortably play in this outdoor kennel. This is also the weakest metal I have ever come in contact with. The WIND blew this kennel and now it leans. If I were to push anywhere on this thing, it would fall over. I can’t use it for my dogs as it is not sturdy enough. So, I am now stuck with a POS outdoor kennel. 0/10

Took us two days to put together. Once you understand the instructions and how the pieces fit, assembling it goes by pretty quick and easy. Make sure to use the washers that come with it, it doesn’t tell you that in the instructions.

Missing product and it’s flimsy and cheap wish we didn’t install it so I can get my money back

Before you buy this, you should know that there are literally 402 bolts you have to tighten. 402. It’s an unbelievable amount of connections you need to make. All in all, it took me around 8 hours at least over 3 days. You most definitely will want a helper. The last part was the worst where you have the bolt on one side of the fence and a nut on the other. I recommend having one person with a drill on one side and someone else holding the nut in place on the other. Your box will arrive with giant bags of nuts and bolts and a crazy amount of small poles. I like the way it looks and the price, just giving you a warning on assembly. It sucks.
