I received my backpack full of musical instruments yesterday and unwrapping it felt like Christmas. I loved that the box let me know that the toys are safe for little children, as I plan to use them with my future grandchildren, as well as students and I know they can end up in little mouths. I then put the instruments to the ultimate test - a three year old little boy! He loved making all the wonderful musical sounds and they all held up to a good pounding. I teach music to children and adults and am so happy to add these beautiful instruments to my collection. I also loved the way they all fit inside the cute backpack. I was thinking it might require mad Tetris skills to pack them back up, but even the 3 year old didn't have any trouble loading them back in. It is so nice to be able to put them away. I can't wait to explore the website and the free bonus sheet music that will help the kids learn to play the xylophone especially.

We are thrilled with this fine collection of educational musical instruments and so impressed with the quality of materials and craftsmanship. Most pieces are solid wood. How rare is that?! The keys on the xylophone are flat, heavy gauge metal and backed with felt for the best tonal resonance. Every child's xylophone we have seen up to now has had thin, curved keys and sounds tinny and cheap. These keys have been tuned perfectly.The backpack case is so cute and made well with heavy duty nylon cloth and straps and a heavy see-through plastic flap. I was surprised to see such a high quality zipper with a disc shaped pull, easy for a child to manipulate. I am a seamstress and really appreciate these details.We and I had "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" down in a heartbeat and it sounded lovely! No musical talent here, just lovely tones on a great instrument. This is a grand collection and I would recommend it to parents, teachers and even us grandparents! These truly are instruments, not toys.It was fun to download and print the color-coded E-book and songs. Appealing and easy for children (and grandparents) to learn. If I had any "con" in regard to the product, it would be that repacking the instruments may require adult assistance. The instruments need to go into the bag just so to fit nicely. The package arrived very quickly after I placed the order. My daughter who just turned three was thrilled when opening the backpack with all the items. She just cannot stop playing them one after another.The Xylophone is in very good quality, nice and clear tones. In fact, all of the instruments make very nice sound. Even our 10month old enjoys them. He is excited and eager to moving his hand to make beautiful noises from the wrist bell. (Well, he needs to be supervised so he does not put everything into his mouth, just like any 10-month old will do.What I like most about this product are the youtube videos and the pdf ebook that come along with the purchase. A person with zero music training like me could follow them and keep my kids entertained. Making me a hero in their eyes! I think my 3-year old will be able to follow these videos herself very soon.

 We couldn't be happier with this music set! The moment it arrived, my toddler was in absolute heaven. I wish I had captured the look of excitement on his face. He played with the set for an hour straight and would have kept playing if it hadn't been his nap time. When he woke up, he went right back to playing and has been playing with it ever since. The materials are very durable and the variety of instruments keeps my little guy entertained for hours at a time. The zipper on the backpack snags quite a bit, but other than that we absolutely love the whole set. My son especially loves putting the instruments in the backpack and carrying it around. I have loved seeing him get in touch with his musical side, too, and these instruments have brouth that out so naturally. He has sung more in the past week than in his whole two and a half years of life combined! Thank you May Baby Play!

I've been on the lookout for the right instrument set for my toddler and 3 year old for quite a while. I finally bought this one, and I'm glad I did! The box was slightly deceptive, as it says the set is intended for ages 3 and up. In reality, I'd say it is for ages 1 and up, because my 20 month old absolutely loves it! Better yet, neither of my kids and none of the preschoolers I teach have broken anything yet, so it is baby AND preschooler-proof.The instruments are sturdy and well made. The zipper on the backpack catches a bit, but the same thing happens with my preschooler's school back pack, so... operator error? Probably.

I purchased this set of instruments for my almost 2 year old and my older kids (6 & 11) wanted to play with everything first. I am very impressed by the quality of this set. Everything is real wood and very sturdy. The bright colors are great to get my little guy interested. He loves shaking the bells and tambourine. You will not be disappointed with this purchase. Everything fits easily into the cute clear backpack if you can ever get them to stop playing long enough to put them away. This product is adorable. Bright packaging, cute back pack. It all fits comfortably in the back pack. We broke one piece right out of the box and the seller was very quick to respond and offer a replacement part.The xylophone is in tune. My kids enjoyed playing with this set.
