I saw these on a blog when they first came out (at $500 I could never hope to afford them on an adjunct’s pittance). Now, I was able to get them as my graduation present. I feel like a medieval wizard in them. Yes, they are slippery on wood floors, and yes, they are hard to get on, but I love the way they look and feel on my feet. They are elegant and unique and I will be updating this review after I wear them to pennsic and experience walking miles in them over the course of a week.

I liked them. Even with my wedge shaped feet, they still fit comfortably. I did return them, and I will tell you why. My floors are smooth concrete. That means I can’t wear them around the house, because they are dangerously slippery on hard polished surfaces. Like Walmart, hospitals, schools etc.I do like to hit the river with the canoe, but I wasn’t going to keep them just for that. People talk about grounding, these are perfect for that. On gravel, very comfortable. The mesh is very tight. You would have difficulty getting an ice pick though them. Every tiny stainless ring is welded closed.Its a good price. When these first hit the market a few years back they were 5-600$Size was good. I wear wide shoes mens 11 to 11-1/2 and the fit well.

I loved the fit and the craftsmanship of these shoes worth every penny. Also like how they don't have the dumb rubber pads in the middle. It's difficult for me to find a really comfortable pair of shoes because I have wide feet. These fit perfect can't even tell I'm wearing shoes but they're the strongest of shoes.

Ordered bigger, but still too small.....what you get when ordering from China, guesswork.

Really enjoy these chainmail socks a lot. Was going to buy the more expensive ones from German company, but couldn't justify paying over $200 extra just for the paws. Went with the pawless version here for less than half price and they work great for hikes and trails. Seems like these are identical to the German ones, just no paws. Save your money and get these instead!!

These shoes are great, I usually don’t write a review on products, but this one is worth the while! I got them for my son’s 13th birthday and he first though it was corny until he wore them. He said they were perfect to run, walk, swim, and hike in! They are also very fashionable so he is planning on wearing them to the first day of 8th grade. Worth the big bucks, and needs more attention!
