Who Was Galileo?

Perfect for kids!!

This was bought to help an eleven year old write a school project on Galileo. It was enormously helpful, written in a lively and accessible way and giving more insight than an Internet trawl would. It got the whole family interested in Galileo!

My son loves the book and the author is one of his favourite writers

100%

Great book.

Useful for school project

Bought for my grandchildren, I was not sure what to expect from the series but I was pleasantly surprised by the concentration on factual text rather than pages covered in colour pictures. There are numerous illustrations but they are all black-and-white drawings. The text allows the reader’s mind to create the picture - a refreshing change in a world in which moving, coloured pictures and videos are used to illustrate so much. Enjoyable.

He’s up next to read value for money very good

My son is loving this whole series of books! He is 11 and really enjoys learning about the people in the books. They are fun, educational and easy to read!

It was a gift to my grandson . He liked it a lot .
