Unable to connect bluetooth
Great product, excellent sound performance. The only issue I have issue is that the Bluetooth does not connect to my phone (have a Sam/Galx S20 plus).

Not happy
I purchased this receiver in March and it’s now November and it’s already not working correctly. Will not stay hooked to Bluetooth constantly searching cuts in and out. And constant crackling. Been trying to get help from Pyle for over a week. They will not answer any emails.

Total junk would not hook up to my sub and not worth the money plus the customer service is terrible
Could not get it to hook up to my sub I have which is brand new was missing the cable when I got it shipped to me and it’s very poor quality for the money not to mention the customer service is terrible. There’s no help they’re online website no help The book that came with it. Last information needed to set up things properly. Don’t waste your money or time with this.

Very good for the price.
Fairly easy to set up for anyone who has ever done an audio setup (just a few wires to connect).Instruction book is sketchy, and has a few minor errors.I plan to use it only for audio, but it has DVD capability as well. Sound is good in my 20 X 20 ft room.

Do not buy refurbished.
I bought the refurbished model. I suspect that it had not been refurbished. The unit itself made a humming noise while on. The sound was distorted, especially the higher frequencies. I listen to classical music; the Pyle is unacceptable for that purpose. It seems that it was designed for karaoke and bar music; a lot of microphone and sub-woofer controls.

Bluetooth has terrible range
Sounds fine looks fine but if you like to use Bluetooth off your phone you basically have to leave your phone sitting beside it,more then 10 feet it starts dropping out,I guess you get what you pay for.my last Bluetooth receiver was 3 times as exspensive but I could be anywhere in the house it never dropped out.this one starts dropping out as soon as your a few steps away

I have old school wire speakers and needed a way to use them and this worked well.
