Q: How big is the chamber, can I fit a roast in it?

The largest pouch this vacuum sealer uses is the 10x12x2.1 inch which equates to approximately 1 US gallon in volume. Let us know if you have any additional questions.

Only the narrower 8 inch bag will work as the seal bar is 10 inches. Also, the unit will need to be used laying on its back, not in vertical mode, since those rolls do not have the holes for hanging the bag for vertical vacuum sealing.

Q: Can i seal aluminum foil moisture barrier bags using this?

I have not tried them. But I have sealed the mylar type bags with it.

Q: Is the eu model (220-240 volts) available through amazon?

Not at this time. We will have the 220-240 volt model available on Amazon.co.uk and other European Amazon sites later this year.
