It was a perfect match! Easy for me to just connect the snap in wire connectors and it worked!

Plugged it in exactly where my rocker switch was before and it worked immediately. The remote works as expected. I'm surprised this technology is as expensive as it is but I'd rather have it than not. :)

I am 77 years old, this was easy to order, easy to install. I hooked it up to my existing gas fireplace (just replaced one that didn't work). Very proud of myself. didn't have to wait for the grandkids to come and fix it!
