Q: What is the approximate size of this truck? TY!

I can't remember exactly, but between 8 &10 inches I believe. I shipped it, so it isn't available to measure. It is a great little truck though and I was very happy with it. Any small child would love it. I sent it as a BD gift for a 4 yr. old.

Q: Is there a button to push to turn on the lights/sirens or do they just come on when the switch is in the "on" position?

No, there isn't a separate on/off switch for the lights. There's just the one to turn the truck on/off. The truck only talks when it's on and the lights only illuminate when it's on. However, there is a cap on the bottom of the truck which allows the truck to either run around on it's own, or allows your tot to move it around manually. My nephew likes to do both!

Q: How much weight can this carry and still function properly?

Not much and it isn't very durable at all. My kids loved it but it broke within the first week from just normal play. Now it just sings over and over but doesn't move.

Q: Can i disable the sounds and lights permanently by clipping or removing something?

No it is very loud and only suitable for children over four. The sound cannot be disabled, it does turn which is funny especially to adults. The plastic is brittle and cheap.
