It works!
This is the perfect thing to stretch out your neck and help you stay in alignment. I have tried many different ones, as I have herniated discs and this is my current favorite!

Multi use
I have a broken knee and the slides under my left bottom to take pressure off my hip. It doesn't slide and it's perfect density. Also great for neck.

Ease of use
Ive bee using this for a month and its made a big difference in mobility in my neck. Went ti chiropractor yesterday for a monthly visit and was told ive never been better. Relaxing on the neck stretcher took about a week to adjust to but now its super easy and comforting. I even enjoy it. Iyou may need to adjust it higher or lower over time as your neck gets more flexibility and adapts to the curvature. I also found using it after a warm shower when the neck muscles are less tight to be helpful. Can also use it backwards to adjust the stretch. Start on the easiest stretch first

Neck supporter but very hard rubber material
No heat, very tough rubber material and not great for comfort. Good for just using as a neck support but that is all.

Has nothing to do with seller.Product did not fit me in any way, shape or form.I thought it might have some give and It Does Not.
