Very handy and very bright!
Great little torch. Great when walking the dog at night.

brilliant little torch
These are brilliant little torches and the best thing about them is they only take one AA battery. The battery life is very long compared to torches that take AAA...I have had the torch for weeks now and I'm still on my original battery. The torch seems durable, with a handy little lanyard...I wouldn't say it was truly key ring sized but you could just about get away with putting it on your keys if you wanted. The torch itself is not the brightest but hey, it's bright enough for most my needs, and has a simple push button on & off which I like.2x torches for £8...it's the best £8 I have ever spent

Very handy
This is a small light torch and so very handy to carry around. I use it to help with putting a key into a lock in a dark doorway. A good light from quite a small torch, but not a powerful beam.

Nice touch
Bought one for keyring but too large in my opinion. However, I’ve actually bought another as well made and as LED and can recharge in car. Nice torch for the price

Great little torch
I bought this for a stay away where I would have to negotiate a dark path. It gives a brilliant light and showed the way perfectly. Solid build but small and easy to carry in a pocket or bag. A good buy.

Frustrating hotspot - Eyes can't adjust.
This product is lightweight, single click (instead of the frustrating multi-mode) and I expect the batteries last a long time. The problem comes with the focus of the fixed lense. It doesn't provide an even coverage of light across the circumference and has a very bright spot with a surrounding halo. In the pitch black, the spot isn't wide enough to make use of. The spot is so bright in contrast to the halo that it renders the halo pretty much useless, unless you avoid looking at the bright spot and just look in the dim part. That's almost impossible.I think it's a great product, perhaps good for shinning extra light when needed. But it's not a practical dog walking light etc.

Very good, a pleasant surprise
Seems reasonable for the price, nice and bright, aluminium construction, seems pretty robust. [ Edit: after using this at work for a while, I've gone from 4 to 5 stars: small, bright, light, robust, battery life is good, for a very good price. I'm going to buy a second one.]

Okay, finicky with the battery and weird beam pattern
Good value and simple. Small, easily pocketable. The beam pattern is very focused in a single point, with a relatively low brightness circle around that. The bright spot allows the torch to be effective at short distances but up close its annoying.Uses a single AA battery. No holder or nonsense flashing and dimming modes. Battery, switch, led. I assume the simplicity helps with battery life, haven't killed a battery yet so they are at least good enough. Probably very good battery life. They are a little finicky with the battery. Install then tap the front into your hand a few times to seat the battery against the spring (or something). Once it turns on the battery doesnt seem to turn off, just needs to be jiggled around a bit for the battery to make good contact.I have two other cheap led torches with annoying dim and flashing modes. They have an adjustable lense which is handy but overly complicated and use multiple batteries. This one is mice and simple.
