it is very large and bulky and not quiet at all. Not recommended for those with desk top aquariums or tanks in their rooms.

Great pump, but no tubing included
I need airline tubing to use it, why is it not included?

I have bought 3 of these
The first one failed after 2.5 years, the second failed because I'm and idiot and let water flow into it by having it turned off and sitting below the tank, the 3rd is whisper quiet while sitting on a towel (for extra shock absorption).This is 4 stars because the first one did end up getting louder. In fact, I opened it up (with a screw driver) and tightened the bolt(s) inside. FYI, I ended up stripping the screw heads by trying to over tighten them.
