Bought this to use as part of our check in system. Works fantastic. Due to the complexity of HID cards the set up is a bit complex, but Guy and Alex were fantastic. Any and every question I had they answered or found out very quickly the solution. I would purchase again just for the customer services alone.

Generation 1 product has problems and wont switch back and forth between CCID / keyboard modes
Unfortunately, it seems these card companies don't design these with flexibility in mind at all, and the generation 1 product here is not easy to configure / use without a huge headache.

Great after the setup headache is resolved
Works well once you get it setup but it took me basically an entire day emailing the vendor back and forth to complete what I thought would be a simple task - which is why I deducted a star. Now when we are issuing a key fob when we select the data field we simply hold the fob to this device and all the required data is typed into our access software. We no longer need a magnifying glass to decipher the mice type font on our fobs!
