I have various autoimmune inflammation issues, so I've used many different brands of turmeric and other herbs to keep symptoms down to a minimum. This mix is okay, it kind of helps, but I think there may be too many different herbs in it for my system. I do like that the capsules are just made of plant cellulose with no extra, unneeded stuff.

The taste isn't so great but I don't focus on it. It helps with my inflammation and give more energy and mobility against my joint pain. This is a much needed relief.

There wasn't a lot of information provided on this product, either or the website or on the bottle. I expected an anti-inflammatory and perhaps additional energy. After one bottle, I didn't experience either. The standard dose is two capsules. The capsules are standard size, on the largish side. They were ok to swallow. With a recommendation of 4 capsules per day, this bottle is only a 15 day supply.

When I received the opportunity to try this product I was happy for the chance as I have chronic pain. Specifically, I have had fibromyalgia for 43 years, and now I also have nerve pain due to multiple spinal fractures from osteoporosis.I have tried quite a few supplements over the years with some success. I even use a couple of the ingredients listed in this supplement but as single supplements.I try not to take too much Tylenol or Ibuprofen or stronger prescription because when one has chronic pain the long term side effects add up.My experience with this InFlamCare is remarkable. I spent my morning deep cleaning my kitchen and making lunch (our main meal of the day). By the time lunch was ready I was in considerable pain, at least a 6 all over.I literally received my shipment right before lunch was ready and felt like it was perfect timing for testing this stuff out!I took two capsules and then sat down to eat. By the time lunch was finished I was, surprisingly, already having a reduction of pain. By the time an hour had gone by the pain was at a tolerable 3 and continues to hold.I am quite impressed by this product! All of these ingredients are generally safe for most people. Read their own description for exceptions.I am really happy to add this to my pain "tool box" and recommend that you give it a try.

I work with my hands and wrists all day so often need some pain relief at night to fend off tendinitis. I choose natural components as they don’t affect cartilage like nsaids tend to. Usually I take turmeric at night, and look for at least 900 mg w 95% curcuminoids. This supplement has far less turmeric, but it works well. I don’t take more than 2 a day, so this is a solid one month supply for me if I were to take it daily. The 4x daily on the nutritional label seems excessive to me. White willow bark is the main component in aspirin, which is one reason the label indicates not to mix these with blood thinners. Boswellia is also known as frankincense, and I’ve found that it can be helpful to my joints. Galangal is new to me except as a spice in Thai food, but I appreciate its anti inflammatory contribution to the supplement. The other ingredients are new to me, but seem positive. I’m grateful for the vegan capsules, too!All in all, I love this combination of herbs and know that it helps me relieve pain and swelling. For me this is a one month supply, not a 15 day supply. 4 stars instead of 5 as I wish it were a slightly better price point or offered more pills for the cost. Good stuff!

This supplement contains some herbs I use individually for their anti-inflammatory effect. Together, they really pack a punch! The serving size is 4 caps, but I have never needed to take more than 1 at a time. Excellent value!

Using for nearly a month now and absolutely no difference in pain (fibromyalgia).Would not recommend.
