Normal use. No water. No drops. Not even a scratch on this thing. Won’t hold a charge. And of course it’s too late to return. I’ve only had it barely 3 months. My last one lasted 5 YEARS !!!!I’m so upset. I have a lot of medical problems. I use this for other, non-sexual, reasons. I’m in SO much pain and this stupid thing won’t turn on 😭. I can’t be spending $40 / month on massagers. I already spend $1k/ month on my meds. And that’s with discounts & insurance 🫠. I need help. This one just ain’t it. Robbed me of my money. AGAIN!Probably only work long enough for the return time to run out.Just get a Hitachi and call it a day.

I bought this massager to get to a hard to reach area on my back that is always giving me trouble. I have to say, when I was reading reviews before buying, there were a surprising number of customers talking about using this massage for more of an erotic pleasure. After getting this massager, I am shocked anyone would use it for that purpose. It is a hard piece of plastic, with a seam down the middle and the charging plug is at the bottom. It is pretty powerful and personally feel this could cause damage to one’s body. Not to mention the direction specifically state, not to use this product on wet areas of the body. And not to wash it, it’s not waterproof. There are plenty of vibrators one can buy that are intended for a woman’s pleasure, this is not one of them.

Pictured is the inside of this very massager. The component labeled U1, the one that looks exploded and burned up, is a "switching regulator". It takes input direct current DC and steps it up or down for the desired direct current DC for your massagers subsequent processes. U2-U4 look perfectly fine. My issue is I used this like 4x. The final time I charged it at length and still it was fading 3 minutes into my "back" massage. I did some quick vibration and intensity changes as I really hoped to get that "knot" out of my "shoulder" but to no avail. As it bzzzzzzzzzzzz'd to a silent farewell in short order. I plugged it in and a yellow light? appeared for a moment then it emitted a barely audible beeep. Followed by the smell of burning plastic. The switching regulator couldn't keep up with my lighting fast changes? It's improperly grounded? Also, no AC adapter was supplied nor was the required specifications noted. I have nothing but adapters and found one that worked quickly but knowing which one it needs could really improve its lifespan. In closing, unsurprisingly i have taken apart other massagers and by comparison this one seemed to be of decent quality. The motor. The soldering. Overall, a strudy construction. Except for that U1 switching regulator. The fast failure with short use leads me to suspect the circuit board layout just isnt copecetic. Regulating be tricky. They're sending a new one. Ill make the fewest pulse and intensity selections possible. If that one doesn't die a fiery death in 2 weeks, I'll amend my 2 stars to 4. If it does I'll take it apart again, see where it failed and amend my 2 stars to 1. When its the same U1 switching regulator.

The first one I got and loved. It lasted 2 years. The second one however was dead out of the box and wouldn't charge. It is a bit loud so if you are needing something more discreet look for a different one.
