Manufacturing or design defect
The technician who replaced the busted inducer motor of my Prestige Solo 110 said he had done 3 that day with the same problem. That's at $1000 a pop! The plastic wheel disintegrates and wrecks the squirrel cage fan and spits plastic parts into the tube below the motor. The error code is E-28. This is obviously a design or manufacturing defect.
