Perfect for the job
A cost effective simple and well designed temperature and humidity gauge. Does what it says on the tin!

Easy to read display
Great little device for seeing temperatures inside and outside. Would be better if there was any way to switch the display to show inside reading as main part, and external as smaller, bottom reading.

Brilliant!
I've got this outside in my aviary. It is accurate (and a godsend because I know how warm my birdies are and it stops me worrying.)The range is great. It's easy to clean. It's great to have so much information in a small and compact unit. The batteries last ages. I love it!Plus it's made me turn down the central heating in my house and save fuel which is an even better thing!

Gives a reliable check on temperature
Easy to set up, but at first I thought it wasn't working because the red LED flashed only momentarily when I installed the AAA battery. I didn't realise until later that to save power, it's programmed to do temperature checks for around one second every minute. It also takes a long time for the monitor reading to stabilise when first set up, so don't worry if the reading appears obviously in error for the first two hours. Other temperature gauges in our house verify that the Oria is accurate. I bought it to monitor outdoor temperature and set it up in a sheltered area using a mini hut-shaped bird feeder suspended from an external wall hook which works as a met. observer's Stevenson Screen, shielding the gauge from direct sunlight, wind chill, etc.

waste of money
The unit worked well for a few weeks then stopped transmitting from the external sensor. New batteries did not change the situation so basically a waste of money as we are now past the return date.

Useful to know humidity as well as temperature, and this unit works well
The humidity figures are larger than the temperature on this unit, which was a bit of a surprise, but it works fine. I like having an external sensor as the temperature can very so much outside. Also useful if you get damp in your house somewhere (double glazing, central heating, all that cooking) - you can measure it and sort it out. The batteries seem to last OK, and recharge from a standard USB plug.

Temperature readings seem a bit out
Nice looking product but temperature readings seem a bit off compared to other thermometers which all read the same.

I’m quite happy about the product
It’s easy to set but the temperature sometimes are not very accurate, but sometimes are accurate, overall I’m quite happy about it.
