The clock ticking should be very quiet, and most people won't hear it unless they are close to it. However, if you need a clock that makes no sound, please look in to one of our silent models instead.

Q: How will this clock handle the sunshine protection act of 2021 that goes into effectx november 2023?

Upcoming legislation will not affect the features of this clock. The clock has a manual setting for the DST feature. The Daylight savings feature can be turned OFF.
