Works well with my elgato; I use it to have my N. Switch, PS4 and 360 all setup nicely stored away without me having to switch out the HDMI cable into my elgato each and every time. It saves me so much time and trouble. I will say though, if you're trying to connect a phone to it to record with the elgato, the screen does flicker a lot and isn't able to keep a constant clear stream of video. But for my other consoles it's worked beautifully.My only two issues I've had with it so far is that when connecting a phone, like a previously mentioned, the connection isn't stable. Unsure if it's the switches fault or the elgato though with that one. And then every now and again, my elgato has a hard time registering any of the audio from it. A PC restart fixes it for sure, but to avoid having the issue in general I just have to make sure I turn the switcher off, and then once my PC is all booted up I can turn it back on with the remote and it works beautifully.I love the thing though, works great with all my gaming consoles and would highly reccomend it for anyone else who's tired of having to switch around the HDMI cable like I was!

hi, if you are looking for a review insted of doing some research, here you go, the device is what you are looking for in the bigger devices that are more than 4 times the cost, the device is truly, flawless, well designed no glitches no glitching between lines nor hummmszzz or other weird noises - by the way tend to be the lines ( wires when you hear noises) has the digitals inside the box to handlehd 1080p etc 4k etc,has a remote control and also automatic line swtch over based on what you turn on ladt, cross over does work flawlessly, meaning changing hdmi lines, and yes the device is an automatic switching device between all the hdmi lines and there are 5 hdmi out lines meaning you can hook up 5 seperate devices like xbox, ps4, projector etc, and 1 in-line that for instance would go into the back of your projector and then you could buy another hdmi device switcher (the same one of course) and hook up 5 more devices, that would be 10 devices into the back of a 2 hdmi port on back of the projector, or computer or tv, etc, well what else do you need to know all that with picture perfect image quality, responds to devices that go into sleep mode or rest mode while alliwing others to turn on and off without disturbing sleeping devices,works flawlessly that you forget its running the show, would say a bargain, cant since the companys prices are a steal, great devices great people running company and working building said device and aaamazing PRICES,what,why are you still hear, here, buy two get a projector and get 10 toys to plug into them, and play young, have a great beautiful LIFE 🍀🌸😇😉☺

This thing does what it is supposed to do pretty well. It switches the signal for me automatically every now and then which is why im rating it 4 stars. Also my LED's came in a little pushed in? Could be a manufacturer or shipping defect maybe? The quality is just as good as if I plugged it into my tv. Just like other reviewers mention it is made out of pretty solid metal. I haven't used the remote yet but will update if I do. I wish it had a non slip base as my cables push it back really easily. But I def suggest if your tv only has 1 or 2 4k HDMI at 60hz inputs for sure. 3.5/5 I'd say for the value .UPDATE: 9/19/19 I have used this quite a bit now and will reduce the stars to 3/5. Should be 2.5 out of 5. Basically the reduction is because the remote stopped working. And it has really gotten annoying when the switch will only switch automatically to my ps4 and never ever to my Xbox having me get up and constantly pressing the little button 4 times to get it to the number four spot. Also the remote apart from not working is so cheap. Would look for another option as amazon sells many others. Hope this helps!

UPDATE! 2/14/2019I was contacted by the customer service department from the manufacturer of this product. The representative was kind in her message and gave me a few tips on how to make the switcher work with the PS4 Pro. In order to make this work correctly with your PS4 Pro follow the instructions below:To disable HDCP, select (Settings) > [System] and then clear the checkbox for [Enable HDCP].It works like a charm now! I'm upgrading the review to 5 stars now. My only wish is that the manufacturer adds instructions on connecting devices that have this issue or, updating future versions of the device to resolve it.This would have been the perfect HDMI switch had it not been for the intermittent black screen issue with the PS4 Pro. It seems to have something to do with the HDMI handshake during 4K content playback. Oddly enough, it works perfectly with the Xbox One X during 4K content playback. This seems isolated to the PS4 Pro so beware of this fact if you plan on buying this for use with that console.Other than that, this unit is of very high quality and I love that it auto switches to a different input when it detects a new signal from an active device. It works really well with my other 4K devices, just not the PS4 Pro. Changing the resolution settings to 1080p on the PS4 Pro resolves the issue but defeats the reason why you bought the console, to play 4K content.

I gave it five stars because it's solid and all the ports are at the back of the unit, unlike other boxes that have them on the side.HOWEVER..... I can no longer switch our TV off with the apple remote (It has become our main controller). I will have to connect our AppleTv directly to the tv and leave the others connected through the switcher and change hdmi input for when I want to use those devices.

Hace exactamente lo que la descripcion dice, muy facil de instalar solo tienes que enchufar los cables , el IR del control remoto podria estar de una forma mas accesible pero cumple su funcion y de igual manera hace un cambio automatico

Kann diesen HDMI Switch bedenkenlos empfehlen, läuft jetzt seit Wochen tadellos, gut ist auch das alle Kabel nach hinten auslaufen, beim umschalten wird die jeweilige LED angezeigt, beim Sohn hängt PS4, DVD player, Sky, TV und PC dran, 5 Sterne

È un bel prodotto che permette di collegare più dispositivi hdmi (console ,pc ,decoder ,lettore dvd o bluray) e di splittare tra un dispositivo e l’altro anche se ci sono più sorgenti attive!Una cosa noto però : il pc quando lo accendi si prende lui la precedenza e sicuramente tutta la banda sul cavo hdmi in uscita e lo stesso fa il lettore bluray o dvd e lo splitter si blocca su quell’ingresso!Devo capire con l’assistenza se è una cosa normale oppure no!Comunque buono!P.S: ho constatato in seguito ,con un'altro dispositivo identico ,che il blocco del dispositivo era causato dalla xbox one perchè la console ,sia accesa che spenta ,mandava in blocco lo splitter sull'ingresso dedicato alla console.Scollegato il cavo hdmi lo splitter riprendeva a funzionare.

Utilisé depuis 11 mois, marche bien, commute sans problème le 4K sans perte et le 2K. Par contre ne pas utiliser des câbles HDMI premier prix, car le produit le voit et des décrochages peuvent se produire. J'ai eu l'expérience en 2K entre un décodeur Canal+ vers ma TV (Panasonic OLED 4K). La conf était: décodeur C+ avec câble HDMI premier prix 2K vers Commutateur puis 5mètres avec un câble 4K certifié 18Gbits/s. Le décodeur C+ est limite qualitativement sur sa sortie HDMI, donc avec un câble Premier prix c'est NOK. Changement de câble entre le C+ et le commut, tout est rentré dans l'ordre. Donc bon produit mais sensible, donc utiliser des câbles de qualité.
