Arrived today. Because this muller was the only short handled choice I made the purchase. The price is way far more than I expected to spend. If your conflicted between a good flat bottom beer glass from a resale shop at $1.50 or this: stay with the glass providing holding it doesn’t cause your hand discomfort.For me the glass had become hurtful to my hands. I included photos of the item straight out of the box to show the scratches on the mulling surface (underside) which for the price shouldn’t of been there. I went ahead and gave it a try as shown in the accompanying photos. The scratches seem to be a non issue at this time. If this changes I’ll update the review. Deducted one star due to pricing/scratches issue.

The bottom surface of this glass mullet is concave! I missed the return deadline. Very frustrating as the pigment blending between two flat surfaces is the entire purpose of this tool.
