This is a lightweight toy that's well made. It suctions to the tub or shower wall. Pour water in the top and it trickles down making the gears turn, water spits out the mouth and his eyes go round and round. My little one giggles as she watches it. She's only 2 but getting better at getting water in the top by herself. Lots of fun. May use it outside this summer.
