Watched a video @ this product combination. Then went hunting-shopping for wealthy ingredient volume, dosage, bottle size & price. This was the best option. Just remember to take some while b4 actual bedtime. I dont, & think it has a residual affect after i wake, not a big deal fir me, but cld be for others. It is recommended to take1-2-3 hrs b4 bed, (if i remember correctly). I suffer from insomnia (days worth), which is a terrible thing for optimal mental effectiveness, & use a prescribed medication w various herbs & still sleep can be elusive. -This, really helps!

I'm not a full blown insomniac, but I've had trouble getting and staying asleep for well over 5 years. I changed to a healthier diet, cut back alcohol, lost significant weight, exercised more, got a sleep orthodic device (versus a CPAP), take Mg, Zn, Fe, K every night before bed, tried melatonin, various CBD's (CBDg, CBDn, D8, D9, etc.) but NOTHING has worked as well as this product! I even celebrated having an official DREAM the second night I used it! Three capsules nightly is the perfect dose for me. Now that it's proven its effectiveness, I'll definitely be on an automatic refill program with Amazon! SIX STARS!
