Fits really well under sock and running shoe. Very comfortable when running. No problems at all with my achilles so far!!

This ankle support does an OK job but is rather skimpy and does not cover enough of the foot and ankle. a bit disappointing.

The ankle support is thin enough to wear without there being a problem with the running shoes. The ridges feel like they will cause a soreness and are off putting when you first wear it. It doesn't however cause any rubbing with my socks or heel of my shoes. The support is cold wash only and needs washing after every decent run. I am putting mine through a 40 degree wash so wish me luck!I bought these to complement my compression socks, memory foam insoles REALLY good quality running shoes and knee supports. I suffer from slight Achilles tendon pain. I also do specific warm ups and stretches. I am 12 stone and a 50 year old 5 ft 9 inch male who is heavy footed. I run 25-30 miles per week. Anything I use is hammered. In conjunction with all of these things I have successfully mitigated the pain in my right across. I am more aware of a slight tenderness in my left achilles now. I logically deduce that the ioncore therefore has to be doing its job. I've now bought an ioncore for the left achilles.

I bought one of these for my husband who had Achilles tendinitis after working on a hillside for 18 months. The doctors weren't much help, only suggesting a physio exercise and my husband was in a lot of pain. I thought I'd look on line and see what might be available and saw this support sock. I bought it as a Christmas present and he has been wearing it almost constantly since then. Wow, what a difference it made after just a few days. The pain was much less and the lump had gone down a lot. I'd thoroughly recommend this to anyone who has Achilles tendinitis. My husband is much happier as he is almost pain free and walking much better, and if the husband is happy everyone else is too!

I already have the Ionocore knee support which is very supportive and comfortable and decided to give the ankle support a try and relieve the arthritic pain. I find it very supportive and comfortable in spite of it being very light weight and managed a two mile walk this morning which I haven't managed for some considerable time. Another reason I decided to go with Ionocore is their customer service which is fantastic. Any problems with size etc and it is sorted immediately.

far too small even using the sizing guide and measuring my ankle. go at least a size or two up. thin and def not a support

Sorry but this hasn't worked for me my Achilles is still painful. Although I've been doing physio exercises and wearing this regularly it hasn't made a difference. It obviously doesn't work for everyone.Fits well and is better than a tubular bandage but don't expect immediate results.

Bought for relative. Still early days but he claims it feels pleasant. It's less substantial than it seems on the box illustration and can be tight on a swollen ankle even extra-large. Will update this if it works.

La accoglierà è perfetta la uso spesso perché ho una forte tendinite è anche molto leggera la consiglio a chi avesse il mio stesso problema

Se trata de una tobillera que se adapta bien resulta cómoda. No ejerce mucha compresión en el músculo. Por lo demás está bien

Non assolve alle sue aspettative di alleviare la fascia plantare. Fastidioso il tallone scoperto con o senza la calza. Rapporto qualità prezzo scadente.
