Wrights Plastics GPXSilicon (Glass Effect) Acrylic Monitor/TV Stand

It arrived on time, I am very impressed with the quality of this product.It is perfect for de-cluttering a TV area that is limited on space.I have my 32" LG TV sitting on top (which weighs 12 kgs). There is a very subtle bow, but hardly visible.My Sky box is placed underneath, with ample space around (approx 50mm each side & 40mm above)The plastic is highly polished & has an expensive appearance.This is an excellent item and the price is just about right

Great service. Decent product. It holds my 37inch tv with just a little bit of a bow but nothing im going to worry about. Best bit is that there is enough clearance so I can have my dvd player with my virgin box on top.

It looks lovely and is very well made, but its a dust magnet. Glad I got this clear one and not the black, as I think that would have me pulling my hair out totally.

The utility of the product is great, but the picture is very misleading.1) It is in no way transparent. So it's not a "true" glass effect, unlike what the picture suggests.2) In the picture it looks like it's frosted glass. In reality, it looks more like mouldy glass. Kinda green, not white.I like the idea of the product, just find it very frustrating that the picture is basically a lie. If I had a do-over, I'd get the clear acrylic one, not this "glass effect" one, but sending this back and ordering the other one will cost me another £14 in shipping, so I guess I'll keep this one. I feel cheated.

This is a bit of an odd review, as we bought this for a small monitor stand, then decided to use it as a stand for a 50" plasma TV. It bent a bit, but is still very solid. Recommended, and it looks classy too. Especially (I think) in the glass effect we have. Now they need to make a thicker version and we will buy that and use it for the TV instead so I can have my monitor stand back.

Item purchased as a monitor riser, and also as a convenient 'desk storage area' for a Microsoft keyboard. My MS4000 keyboard just stows nicely underneath this monitor stand. Item was well packed, and arrived very quickly... looks great on the desk.Acrylic is very thick and sturdy.. Love it!

They do look rather good. I have two with monitors on them, and nothing else. Cluttering them up with junk would spoil the effect somewhat; but this isn't a waste of space as it's much easier with these to put that clutter underneath if needed; you can easily see where everything is. So it's almost like having a full desk space with floating monitors at a better height.On the down side; - The protective sticky covering which they come packaged in is a heck of a job to remove. And I'm still noticing bits of glue which have been left behind weeks later, as the light in my room changes. - They need to be cleaned more than other stands would, because any dirt on them casts shadows when you have an overhead light on, and that draws your attention to it far more. - I have two next to each other, and there is a considerable V-shaped gap between them, as the sides are not really vertical. It would have been a lot nicer if they fitted flush.Definitely recommended, though.

I am really pleased with this item. I had the free view box standing next to my new 40' tv. Side by side they looked intrusive. Now the box slides under the stand which comfortably holds the tv. The whole set up feels very stable. The item was very well packaged so there was no danger of damage in transit.
