It’s a great thing to have on supply and a package can last a long time. I took it camping in the desert at an event where it is common for people to have upset stomaches and “off” digestion and it helped a lot. If you eat a lot of gassy foods, it works great for that if you have a little before. And in general great for detoxing. I went with bamboo because I was told it doesn’t also take out many good nutrients from your body in the process. I haven’t done the research though. As far as mixing, a tiny bit in hot water dissolves best, but also great in coffee especially if coffee upsets your stomach. Just be careful to not take too much as it could cause blockage and research on it absorbing medications if you take it at the same time. Great product though, charcoals is wondrous and has many applications!

Disappointing!

Would have been nice, if instructions were included with the product. Granted, I can get this info online. But, what if someone doesn't have a computer, gets this as a gift and doesn't know how to use it!! Instructions are needed.

Great product. Food grade. I use it for artisan sourdough bread.
