The description says the tunic and cape are attached, but the included item list says they are separate. Which is it? Which are the sleeves attached?

Hello, The Royal Storybook King costume is a blue shirt with an attached burgundy cape that is decorated with faux ermine fur. It includes a medallion with fabric "chain" trim, a belt, and a sculpted crown. Component Included: Tunic top Surcoat Crown Belt Medallion with fabric chain

Quite good! I bought a small size costume and it fitted slightly loose and not tight at all. It was perfect because I felt comfortable and that's the look the costume is suppose to show when you wear it.
