I was kind of ‘wow’ when I opened the cartoon box from Amazon. Why because the front face of the bag is very shiny and looks so premium. Quality of the product is very good. This is light-weight but strong. The embossed brand name on the zip looks very elegant. This product is designed to be used with business-attire as it is not casual. I could keep my laptop, tablet as well as my tiffin box inside the bag and there is plenty of space still. I should have bought this earlier. You can use this as backpack. There would be some dirt on the wheel on every trolley bag after using on the floor or street. But in this bag, you can pull out a small holder kinda wrap from either side of the bag and can cover each wheels. So it does not leave dirt on your clothes while using as backpack. I really liked this product. One small thing which bothers me is the sound of the wheel when I dragged it on the road made of concrete, but it does not matter.

The bag came in a bad shape. Doesn't stay upright. Totally disappointed.

Don’t buy it not good material

The only things that I didn't like in this product is that it tilts a bit when I have my 15 inch macbook pro in it. I basically bought the product so I won't carry the laptop on my shoulders. The bag doesn't fall from from the weight but it does stay up fully straight when it's heavy. I think the location of the pocket where the laptop and tablet should go should've been studied better, as the weight puts pressure on the upper piece and I think that will cause some wear and tear by time. Other than that... I love having this bag! The wheels and the grip are very good. The material used is from a very good quality and I the fabric looks to be water repellant. In general, I am very happy with the bag so far.
