Excellent quality digital thermostat for electric underfloor heating systems, built to European standards. ·Please do not confuse this item with other similar products being sold which are designed for water heating systems. ·When the thermostat is used in the programmable mode, each day can be split into 24 single hour periods. Each of these periods can be set to operate at either a comfort temperature, or an energy saving temperature. Both temperatures (Between 5ºC & 30ºC) are chosen by the user. The thermostat will operate automatically according to the time and temperature that has been set for each period. (The energy saving mode can be set to a temperature low enough that effectively means the heating is turned off) ·A typical example of a set program would be: Monday *Comfort mode @ 25ºC from 6am to 9am * Energy save mode @ 14ºC from 9am to 4pm * Comfort mode @ 25ºC from 4pm to 10pm * Energy save mode @14ºC from 10pm to 6am ·7 day timer, each day of the week can be programmed individually. ·Holiday mode - Temperature can be easily switched to a low level or off whilst the room is unoccupied for a long period of time. ·Combination of temperature sensor options - Air sensor / Floor sensor or Air & Floor sensor. ·This thermostat can switch up to 20 square meters of 150w/m2 or 15 square meters of 200w/m2. ·Over heating protection cut out function. (Temperature to be set by user) ·Full operating & installation instructions included. ·Blue back lit option also available.
