This is used to top up the heating in the back room when needed

I bought a couple of these heaters to give background warmth. I chose this supplier as the one with the lowest price from many who sell what appears to identical heaters.The headline is that my two heaters are spectacularly poor with little, if anything, to merit them.They produce very little heat as the thermostat cuts the heating element out prematurely, but the fan continues to whir just pushing out cool air. The heater starts at the highest setting of 30 degrees centigrade, adjustment being required if a different temperature is sought. The reality is that irrespective of whatever is set, the room doesn't get to a comfortable level of warmth.The instruction sheet is not clear, the controls are confusing and the remote control is supplied with a battery. The packaging was adequate.I struggle for positives! I would not recommend this product.

Very disappointed. These look completely like the real 'advertised' versions of the innovative mini heater everybody is talking about but they hardly work at all.Worse, I want to send them back - but on trying to I discover they need to be returned to China at a considerable cost which is not worth the effort. They'll be going in the bin, with a lesson learned by me.If I could avoid giving any stars, I would. 1*

like others have said this item in no way does what it says on the tin, literally luke warm fan air, noisy and flimsy.I really hate it when i get duped by these items.

Against all the hype about instant heat, this product is very poor, leave on for a hour and all it does is take the chill out of the air.Waste of money - do not buy

Ordered this item for my mother. When it arrived the box was very damaged and the three pin plug was broken so item is totally useless

There’s is no information about voltage or wattage No the appliance or safety information how do know it only uses 500watts l have never see a electrical appliance without basis information.

It is noisy - cannot leave it on if wishing to go to sleep. It does not heat up a small bedroom as claimed.
