2 X Avon Glimmerstick Eyeliner - Twin pack - Two the same (Starry Night Blue)

I've been using this eyeliner for a few years now. It's my favorite because it never, ever bleeds, and when I put it on the inside bit of my lower eyelid so that it also rubs into my lashes, it creates a line that lasts days (literally). Also, black liner can often feel too strong, harsh, or formal to me. This navy blue brings out pretty shades of brown and hazel in my eyes and is infinitely more interesting than black liner. Buy it.

So easy to use doesn't drag your eye lids tried many expensive brands but find this the best
