Will this work on a old town sports 106

the back of your kayak has to be flat so the platform can be bolted to the boat. If yours is flat in the back it should work - otherwise you may need to find one that hangs off the side

Ascend 128 compatible?

Worked out pretty good for me on my fs128t. Drilled some holes & used stainless nuts, bolts, & washers.

What size screws should be used if kayak needs to have holes drilled without inside access?

you would want to insert plastic style rivets & glue them in

Does it fit on a bonafide ss107 or can it be made to fit by drilling holes?

Standard bolt pattern for most boats from factory. Perfect fit for my native slayer
