It works
I tried stool softener, added fiber, more than enough water and nothing was working for days. Got this and it got things moving the morning after! And I actually enjoy the taste of it. 10/10

If you are feeling backed up or need a little extra help drink a glass of this and i promise you it will allllll come out. The taste is just eh but mixed with lemon and honey itâs actually pretty good. đđ» if you drink it at night before bed be prepared to go in the am, like throughout the am đ€Ł.
