Half-sheet paper's worth of directions with images but no words. I could figure it out, but it wasn't easy. It took me longer to figure out HOW to put it together, than it took to actually PUT IT TOGETHER. Very lightweight. Freestanding quite well, but not very robust. I can't hang my work pants with all the stuff in the pockets that I usually carry, but I can set it on the shelf. Holds shirts just fine off the clothes rack. I have to tip work boots on their side to fit into the shoe rack area - they can't sit upright - it's not tall enough for work boots. The bottom racks are sturdy enough to hold my backpack and similar items - not just shoes. The hooks hold belts and suspenders just fine - but nothing more than about 10 pounds.

Liked the product. It serves the purpose of what it was needed for. Only downfall is that the top keeps falling over. Have to use brackets and fix it to the wall so that it would stop falling over.

We purchased this item as a coat rack and shoe holder for my husband's work boots. It's not held together by hardware (bolts or screws), but attached through plastic brackets. So far, it works, although we have no intention of loading too much on it for fear that it will come apart.

While cheap this is pretty flimsy and won't last very long.

It was very cheap material, the “strong metal poles” bowed within a week of being put together, the poles must’ve been too short as they kept popping out of the sockets, and it was not at all stable it fell over with a 7 year old little girls clothes hanging from it! This is a very bad dangerous product as it has already fallen down and popped apart! Even tried duck taping the poles in the sockets and it’s just such cheap material that it’s not even worth the time putting it together!

I purchased this item and I am very disappointed in the qualityThe connectors are plastic and as soon as you add weight the connection points start bending this may work with a few pieces but nothing heavyWe were also missing pieces and that probably added into the flimsiness of the rack I will not buy again

When I opened the box there were No instructions just a picture of each step of assembly. Parts are not separated just placed in bags with no labels. It took over two hours to assemble because of lack of directions. Joints are cheap plastic with nothing to secure pipes in place. Assemble kept coming apart because of it. After two hours I final started loading with shoes and shirts then the top half bent and the whole thing topped over. Rebuilt it and it did the same thing with clothes loaded. I didn’t exceed load capacity either. Poor quality plastic and thin metal poles that can bend with two fingers. Warning Don’t buy!!! I sent back for a refund never again
