Fantastic product...Do swallow them whole tho as they are an acid...i do it with a big glass of water to make sure they go down...!I've had terrible problems digesting food and know it's not cured mine as its being looked into...but they help my stomach to digest the food I eat and produce less gas and bloating....and that happened the very first one I had...!I don't use them all the time but if eating a more complex meal...I have one b4 or during and they are fantastic...!Iv read that as we age we lose some of our acidity in our gut...suppose that too depends on diet and now we know so much more about these things.. so makes sense if your aging might need a boost...!Highly recommend and good value for money...

It's magic! I'd taken these for 5 years and just before Christmas, I stopped. My mistake. I've had a terrible 5 months healthwise. Been pumped full of the usual PPIs and Ran***dine. Both of which made me so ill I ended up in A&E with chest pain and palpitations... couldn't eat hardly anything..GP had said I'd got acid reflux, gastritis because of too much acid. Totally wrong. It was the opposite. Stopped everything and restarted these. Back to normal. Eating and drinking normally. If my cholesterol does go up and who knows if it will.. then I'll deal with it but living on dry toast and boiled potatoes and having difficulty drinking water isn't anyway to live..

It's a good product. For me, it wasn't as effective as the one I usually use but, it was good to test something different.

Helpful with my digestion keeping me more regular. Also have less discomfort in the gut area

Digestive Enzyme Complex – Didn’t Help with My Digestive IssuesI tried the Digestive Enzyme Complex hoping it would help with my digestive issues, but unfortunately, it didn’t work for me. I didn’t see any improvement, so I won’t be purchasing it again.

Had my gallbladder removed a week ago and started taking these a few days before the op. Since have noticed I can only manage small meals and feel quite bloated & uncomfortable after eating anything - but I do feel better when I take one tablet after eating. Stomach feels less hard/swollen.BUT they are hard to swallow as they start to fizz almost immediately! Need to take with a full glass of water and swallow quickly. A couple of times the tablet has got stuck in my throat and its not pleasant.
