I now have almost all that INNSTAR produces, other than the rowing/resistance setup. If you already had grips, ankle cuffs, & other misc. items, but just want the bands (as I did); I’d suggest you just purchase the whole set, as the grips,& ankle cuffs are well worth it,& when combined with the 38” INNSTAR straight bar (& the bench press kit), as well as a myriad of other bands,& extenders (from INNSTAR), one can come up with 100’s of exercises (if they know what they are doing). I’ve since mounted 6 different door anchors to the main entryway of my house,& such enables me to do almost everything that I did at the gym, but I can now do it at home,& away from Covid. I’m a cancer survivor,& having 4 less lymph nodes (bc I had lymphoma), has left me extremely compromised, when it comes to my immune system,& my ability to even fight off a simple cold. As a result, I had to find a way to do the exercises that I did (almost daily) at the gym, but at home,& at a reasonable price.With resistance bands, the only thing that one needs to worry about is the bands snapping,& such has happened to me several times with inferior/cheaper resistance bands,& I’m lucky I didn’t lose an eye a few months ago when one of the bands snapped & flew back into my face.As a result of the bad experience I had with inferior resistance bands, I only purchase resistance bands from INNSTAR, as they have the most heavy duty latex resistance band systems available on the market,& all of their resistance bands are covered in ballistic nylon, which means that if one of their bands ever did snap, it would remain inside the nylon outer sheath,& not end up taking out an eye, or hurting me, or anyone else nearby in the process.I have contacted INNSTAR more than a dozen times with questions on their products,& they always reply to me in less than a few hours,& have helped me tremendously over the last several months, as I almost feel “complete” in regards to my “home gym” setup.I am a huge fan of INNSTAR,& all of their products, as I have gained a lot of strength that I wasn’t gaining at the gym, lifting traditional weights. Resistance bands also can’t be dropped, fall down upon the user,& can be used with ease without the need of a “spotter”, & also take up very little space. All of these reasons are why I am a huge fan of INNSTAR, as I’ve become quite a bit stronger by using their products,& this strength didn’t come from living crazy heavy standard weights at the gym, but from using these products & maxing out my reps, or holding the resistance until the lactic acid builds up & my arms, legs, etc give out. Then, instead of waiting for a while until I do my next set, I will take a break for 30 seconds,& then go & do another set, maxing out my reps,& ensuring I’m getting a good work out in the end. I purchased the heaviest sets of all their products,& at 5’10” 170lbs am by no means a “body builder”, but I have found that with time I am able to add more bands, which means more weight,& more strength in the end. I’ve definitely gained size all around as a result of using almost all of INNSTAR’s products. If you have a question about the product, don’t hesitate to ask me, as I’ve spent hundreds of hours now with INNSTAR’s product lineup,& I couldn’t be more happy with the product,& the end result!!!

Great value. As another reviewer mentioned the bands are long. Make sure you've got the space. Still a overall really good product. I would recommend buying it for your home gym.

They’re made of good quality. Just wish it came with something that gave you a better idea of how to use them properly while working various parts of the body. These bands are pretty big and require you to stand a ways from the door. So be in a fairly adequate space if you’re using a door to anchor them in. I feel bad for shorts folks. Bicep curls must be impossible to do with these things. Just so dang long.

I've paid full price for this product and this is my honest review. It is a whole little gym in a bag. Delivered on time in a very nice package with accessories and instructions. Quality of materials seems to be very high. Had a couple of workouts and if you know what you are doing you can perform most of the gym exercises at home with decent load. In my opinion based on the amount of reps and load, you can build muscles, do cardio, lean out etc.

These are the real deal and the price is great! They attached perfectly to my rig. They are really long so give yourself some room to use them. I'm really happy with this purchase.

The way it was packaged was so well placed in a sturdy decorative box. Gonna keep that! Just tried them out and OMG they are everything a gym enthusiast would want in their arsenal! A must have if you want something that can a difference, especially if you don't have the room for big machines in your home.I actually received the wrong version, but these are too good to return. I had shopped around so much and seen so many, that I clicked on the ones I thought were the 80 lbs. Anyway you cannot go wrong. I had researched and read so many of these, that these are worth every penny!
